Mardy Bum

Last night after I hopped off of here, I had some dinner. We had chicken. It was nice. Especially the corn. Extremely juicy. One of my brothers, Dirty Dave, doesn't like corn. Apparently he doesn't like the taste, and the juiciness of it. Which is weird. That's exactly why I like it. Then again, I like lettuce. And the part of the lettuce I like the most is the part right near the core. Where it's really succulent. I don't like that leafy shit out near the ends. That may as well be a palm leaf as far as I am concerned. Yet some people don't like the crunchy parts, they prefer the softer, more leafy parts. Weird, huh?

I had my alarm set for 6 o'clock this morning so that I would be able to go down to the centre and do some hosing. I actually beat the alarm at first, waking at 5:30. Knowing that I still had a half hour to go though, I decided to go back to sleep. So I did. And then I started having this really rad dream. It wasn't too wild or crazy or anything, but it was a good one. I can't remember what was happening, but it came up to a part where I was going to have to make a decision, and then my alarm went off and I woke up. I was pretty annoyed about this, as I was really interested in seeing which way I was going to go. So I hit the snooze button and went back to sleep, hoping that I would be able to get back into the dream that I'd just been having. Unfortunately this didn't happen, but I think that I started dreaming about something else. It was also a good dream. But again the alarm went off just as all the dream was getting interesting. I was over being disturbed in my dreams so I got up. And I went hosing.

Today was another busy day at the centre. I managed to sign up the family that I was hoping to get in which was good news. I've got somebody else coming in tomorrow, and I'm hoping to get them in to, which would be great. I'm on a bit of a hot streak, and it's been good. I've only got two days left of doing this stuff, so it'd be great to finish with some more successes.


There's a song around at the moment. It's by Justin Timberlake. I remember when his first album came out, I ended up with two copies of it. I really liked it, I thought that it was awesome. It used to send me off to sleep every night. I haven't listened to it for a long time, but I've been looking forward to the new album. So far I'm not overly impressed with it, but I don't know if that's just because I haven't really listened to it. I remember the first one really struck a chord with me, and I thought that it had a nice variety of good pop songs. Anyways, the song that I like now is My Love. The first time I heard it I thought that it was really annoying. There is the noise during the chorus that sounds like a little animated bird cheep cheep cheeping away. I think that I even said the first time that I heard that it was shit, and that I would never liked it. Well, I've changed my mind. I like it now.

That's about it for today. I finished work a little early and went and hung out with Ria for a while. That was enjoyable. Now I am home and am about to have dinner again. I'm planning on doing some more reading tonight. I'm going to do some hosing again in the morning. It should be good.
