MegaDeath

Today I went down to Wellington Point to try out something that had been billed as 'The Hottest Burger In The World.' I had seen a report on Today Tonight or something and I thought it sounded like something fun. I was wrong. The MegaDeath Burger is sold with a health warning. They will not serve you if you are under 18. There is a MegaDeath Recovery Kit which includes milk and yogurt. I discovered that there wasn't enough. The burger itself has 5 different types of chilli. The least hot being the jalapenos. Towards the end of my attempt I was eating these hoping they would cool my mouth. They did a little. In all I made it half way though the burger. If I'd tried to push on I think that my body would have started to reject it. My face was red. My eyes were watering. My nose was running. My mouth was numb and my heart was pounding in my chest. It was certainly an experience. If you're down Wello way and you feel like doing something different then head to the Off The Wall Diner and have one of these monstrosities. It'll make you feel like a man! Or not.
