Snake or Skink!

I found this guy here at the beach. At first I thought he was a worm. Then I thought he was a snake. Then I saw his legs and now I'm not sure. I went to pick it up and he tried to bite me! Plus his tail looks far too long. And his belly has a pink colour to it. He doesn't walk either. He wriggles. Although that could be because of the tiles. Stu thinks that it's a snake with legs. He's a mystery!
